What to Expect
The fire alarm will sound at 10:00 AM sharp. All residents must evacuate the building using designated stairwells and gather at the assembly point on Park Avenue.
Important Reminders
- Do not use elevators during the drill
- Bring your keys and close your door
- Assist neighbors who may need help
- Wait for the all-clear signal before returning
Assembly Point
Park Avenue sidewalk in front of the main entrance. Building staff will be present to guide residents.
This drill is required by NYC Fire Department regulations and ensures everyone's safety.
